Final Instructions for competitors - Cadwell Park 2 & 3 November
Shortly after issuing the last Cadwell Park update email we learned that MSV (the owners of Cadwell Park) had issued us e-tickets not paper versions.
We will send e-tickets to those competitors that we have details for over the next few days but if you haven’t yet sent in your envelope for tickets please do not send one now.
Instead please send the email you would like the tickets sending to (they will need printing) and the number of tickets you would like to Rob Collier either on email or via Norasport Facebook or Norasport Website.
The event timetable is attached and there will be a free colour programme for all competitors and spectators. Please try to make use of the registration on the Friday night as with the clocks going back we have limited time at this meeting so it is a 9am start both days.
Arrival Friday 4th November
The circuit will be available to access from 12 noon on Friday 1st November
There have been a number of circuit improvements at Cadwell and the paddock is looking very smart however there is still NO electric hook ups in the paddock. The Café will be open for food and drinks from 15.30 – 23.00 Friday, 07.30 – 23.00 Saturday and 07.30 -18.00 Sunday – Hot Food is served until 21.00.
As at all circuits Dogs are strictly not allowed.
As our meeting is in the bonfire season fireworks are strictly forbidden anywhere on the site no matter how remote you feel it is. Cadwell have a fuel dump with open to air breathers and will not risk any chance of a fire. Anyone caught using Fireworks will not only be immediately removed from the site but we have been told that the meeting will be cancelled so please take this seriously.
We will be using the same circuits as our last visit with Superlites doing the “long" circuit and the solos doing the “short” circuit on the Saturday, however if the weather is OK there may be a track change for solos on Sunday, more info will be given at competitors briefing. A track layout is attached to this email.
